On February 18th CSC will be hosting a Gender Equity Training for its team members, artist, board of directors, consultants, interns, volunteers and community partners. 

The training will be facilitated by an organization call Transformative Alliances.

The first principle in the CSC Social Justice Framework is: Identity Matters. We work actively to build a diverse team with a focus on equity and justice. Applicants from people of all identities across race, ability status, sex, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, socioeconomic status, and other social identities are welcome.
